We have a team of six dedicated sales coordinators split into two teams, windows and doors and conservatory roofs – all of whom underwent extensive training so they can handle 1500 calls each a week with complete accuracy and technical knowledge of the entire product range.

What can you expect from us?

Our ordering procedures are straight forward, and give us all the information we need to provide you with accurate product delivery, including when you require the products and the exact specification of the product including design, quantity, sizes and glazing.

Once we receive your order we then send it to our order processing department where it goes through three checks to ensure complete accuracy.

Firstly it is input into our primary FDS system
A different person then inputs it into our secondary system
Verification takes place by running the two systems together to
highlight any anomies.

Once the order is verified we will then dispatch you with an order acknowledgment – which we always aim to do within 24 hours of receiving your initial order.

The verified order is then logged into our production system, who will order any glazing if required for example and schedule it through the factory for delivery in line with your specified requirements for delivery.

Once the products have been manufactured and subjected to our rigorous quality controllers, our transport department will load the lorry for delivery. And importantly for your own planning - you will be advised of your delivery day and time 24 hours in advance
